"Not Sure the Extra Warranty Was Worth It"
I bought the extra warranty because I figured it would make things simple if my printer ever had issues. Maybe I was being too optimistic, because it really didn’t work out that way. I ended up getting sent back and forth between Office Depot and the warranty company, and half the time it felt like nobody knew who was supposed to handle what. The whole thing took way longer than I expected, and I still had to pay some money out of pocket. i’m kind of wondering why I bothered getting it in the first place.

"Refund came through in the end"
I had to return a printer and, i was a little worried at first that I might get messed around or fooled with the refund process. It took a few days to show up, but the refund did come through just fine. Overall, no big issues.

My order showed up on time, which was a relief because I hate waiting around for deliveries. The item itself was in good shape, though the packaging had a few dents. Luckily nothing was damaged, so I’m happy overall...

"Curbside was super quick, in-store was fine"
I’ve used both the curbside pickup and the in-store pickup here, and the curbside option was definitely the faster and smoother of the two for me. I didn’t have to wait around long at all, which was really nice, especially when I was just trying to grab my order and get on with the rest of my day. The in-store pickup was okay too, nothing terrible or anything, but it wasn’t quite as quick or convenient as curbside. Overall, I’d probably choose curbside again if I had the option

I never got any updates and support never got back to me, I waited and checked a few times but it just felt like nobody was actually responding or trying to help.

"Decent value, but the deals feel a little held back"
Overall, I’d say it’s fairly priced and you’re not getting ripped off, but I couldn’t help feeling like the deals could be a bit better. It kind of seems like they know people will pay anyway, so they don’t really push the discounts as much as they could.

"Still Waiting on That Refund"
I ordered some supplies from Office Depot, and somehow the invoice came back with charges that didn’t look right. At first I thought, okay, mistakes happen, no big deal. But then I contacted customer service, and they kept telling me they’d fix it... except nothing actually changed. So now I’m just sitting here thinking, how hard is it to correct a bill and send the refund? Really frustrating, and I’m still waiting.

"Took longer than it should have"
I ordered some office supplies and had a question about one item that seemed to be missing. I tried the chat first but was waiting forever, haha, so I ended up calling instead. I got transferred around a bit before finally reaching someone who could help. The person I spoke with was nice, but it took way too long just to get a simple answer. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating when you’re trying to get work stuff sorted

The copies turned out really nice, so I was happy with the final result. The staff was friendly enough, but things did move a bit slower than I expected. Not a huge deal, just something to keep in mind if you’re in a rush...

"Easy and Helpful Visit"
I went to Office Depot to print some papers. I had no clue how to use the self-print machine. One of the guys working there came over right away. He helped me without making me feel silly. I really appreciated that. He also helped me find the right envelopes after. The whole trip was quick and easy. Everyone was nice. I’d definitely go back

"Got what I needed, but the site could be smoother"
I did end up finding what I was looking for, so that’s a plus, but the site felt a little slow and cluttered at times. The filters didn’t always narrow things down the way I expected, and checkout took longer than it probably should have. It works, but it’s not exactly a smooth experience. A few usability improvements would make a big difference.

Business support was, you know, okay overall. The staff was polite and easy enough to talk to, but it ended up taking two calls to get our account issue fixed. So, yeah, they did help in the end, just not as quickly as I would’ve hoped.

"My order took way too long"
I ordered some office stuff from Office Depot because I needed it for my own work setup and figured it would get here in a couple days like the site made it sound. Instead, it took over a week, which was really frustrating for me. The tracking barely changed the whole time, and when I reached out to customer service, I just got the same generic response back. I had things I needed to get done, so waiting around on supplies really messed with my schedule. I won’t be ordering from them again if I actually need something on time.

"Checkout was exactly as slow as I expected"
The store itself was fine, but the checkout pretty much confirmed what I already think about this place: the line always seems to crawl. There was only one cashier working, and I was just standing there with a couple of things feeling like it should not have taken that long. Not the worst experience ever, just annoying.

The store was okay overall :) It was mostly clean, but a few aisles were cluttered and kind of annoying to get through. I did end up finding what I needed, but it definitely took longer than it should have. Not terrible, just not the best either :/

"Good order, but the shipping felt high"
Am I the only one who feels like shipping can make a small office supply order seem way more expensive than it should? The order itself was totally fine and arrived on time, no issues there. I just thought the delivery cost was a bit much for only a few office items. I’d probably buy again, but only if the shipping was cheaper.
